Wanda L. Johnson is a captivating and inspirational, motivational speaker and a highly regarded organizational change agent. She is an experienced, international executive leader who edifies servant leadership principles and life purpose.
On the speaker's stage, Wanda is personally engaging, enlivened, and passionate in her delivery. Wanda's talent, personal power and charisma coupled with her expansive knowledge and deep intuition, transforms her messages into empowering and motivating energies. Wanda's expertise spans the areas of leadership, management, organizational change, and she is a seasoned technology guru. She has over 20 years service as a leader with the U.S. Army Signal Corps, and the Federal Government. She is a graduate of a myriad of Signal Corps Commissioned Officer leadership schools, a graduate of the George Washington University School of Business and Public Management, EPA Senior Executive Development Program, the Federal Executive Institute, and an honor graduate of the prestigious Department of the Army Management Staff College, at Fort Belvoir, Virginia.
Wanda received her Bachelor's Degree, Cum Laude, in Management Information Systems from Park University. Most notably, Wanda is certified in the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, and the Hursey and Blanchard Situational Leadership Model.
Wanda served as a facilitator with the Kansas City Urban League MultiCultural Leadership Institute where she designed and delivered seminars for emerging leaders of such organizations as the Kansas City Mayor's Office, Hallmark Cards, Federal Express, Kansas City Police Department, OSCO Drugs. She was honored with the Urban League's 1999 Servant Leader of the Year Award for leadership authenticity and community service.
Wanda's regional and national seminar productions include audiences such as the Customs and Boarder Protection Patrol of the Department of Homeland Security, Alpha Pi Chi National Sorority, the Regional Affiliates of the Mid-Western Urban League, and a host of productions in service to Federal and Community organizational leaders and staff.
