Bio:
Mr. Jeff Stutzman holds BS from Regents College, and is currently an MBA candidate in Management of Technology at Worcester Polytechnic Institute. Mr. Stutzman is an active duty Naval Intelligence Officer, specializing in Information Warfare and computer network defense. He has been involved in telecommunications, information systems, and information system security for more than fifteen years. His experience includes six years as a telecommunications technician, four years in system administration and project management, and five years as the Navy’s lead intelligence officer supporting analysis, knowledge management, and project management of personnel assigned to computer network operations mission areas. Mr. Stutzman is a visiting scientist with Carnegie Mellon Universities Software Engineering Institute, where he performs research on prediction of computer network attack.
