Patrick is a Philosopher trapped in a Safety Professional's body. His goal is to educate employers and employees, and encourage them to look beyond the immediate — to appreciate the tree and understand it's roots.
In the rush to adopt ‘the warm fuzzies' of "New Age" management philosophies, he believes that we have "thrown the baby out with the bath water", discarding sound traditional principles, and disregarding human nature.
