He is founder and Executive Director of the National Information Security Research and Defense Institute (NISRAD Institute) which is a Non-Profit organization dedicated to securing U.S. critical infrastructure against cyber based attacks. Mr. Dodd gives presentations and training nationwide on information security issues with a global perspective.
