* Building the Successful IT Team. * How to hire quality Technical People. * Why do UNIX and PC people fight. * How do you create a team. * The difference between Managing and Leading an IT Team. * Building in Self Managed Teams.

Prerequisites:
Have lead and/or been on a IT team for several years.

History:
This can be a 45 minute dinner overview, a one day session, or a multi week one-on-one program with the IT staff and management. For a dinner speech I expect Travel and Expenses plus a donation to my youth mentor program http://369.columbus.oh.us. For the all day session or multi week program there will be a personal fee depending on size of group, handouts, and length of program.
