Re: Wondering about books

Hi Scott,

Believe me, your message was a refreshing change. :)

I've been an SA for a few years now and would definitely
recommend almost every one of the O'Reilly books.
My favorites are:
	Unix Power Tools
	Essential System Administration
	All of the X-Windows resources
well actually, I'm going to stop here, because I'm starting to list them
all - it's hard to narrow down - they are all excellent!

A great web page to visit for O'Reilly books is:
  http://www.ora.com

The red book that you referred to is fabulous. The title is,
Unix System Administration Handbook, Second Edition, written by
Evi Nemeth, Garth Snyder, Scott Seebass, and Trent Hein.
Evi's web site is: http://www.cs.colorado.edu/~evi/Home.html
where she has a link to the book. Don't choose the link to the
actual book title, (it doesn't work), but rather the Bug Fixes link.

Good luck and enjoy.
