audit procedures

G'day all,

Does anyone have a set of procedures to audit a computing facility?
I'm thinking of the kind of thing a lead sysadmin would use when first
coming to a new organization, covering such things as security, aging
of accounts, network bandwidth utilization/load balancing, ...

I'll be happy to collect as many suggestions along these lines as
possible, with examples wherever they're available.  Might make another
SAGE pamphlet someday!
