we are using the 'cybex autoboot commander 4xp'

this even has speaker & mike jacks :)

ours can accept 12 hosts.

serial mouse port
ps/2 port
ps/2 keyboard
mac keyboard
sun keyboard
vga [as in 15pin] connector

the machine does hi-res, but i do not know the parameters beyond that.

this has been in service for a few years and has had no problems.
