This brings up an interesting question: has there yet been a backlash
against all the outsourcing that was done in recent years? I realize that
most of the large deals were multi-year contracts which haven't yet run
out, but, in general, do you see the pendulum swinging back toward
in-house IT?

I figure it has to happen; it's just a question of when...
