Elm and year 100 (was RE:ping)

yep, I fixed it quick (and dirty probably)

Here you have it:

elm2.4.ME+.31/lib/getarpdate.c:

/*

   if ((year = curr_tm.tm_year) < 100)
       year += 1900;
*/
        year = curr_tm.tm_year;
        year += 1900;


The localtime function gives back a struct where tm_year is /* years since 1900 */
