Re: NetAps vs EMC
We have a very old filer which is tiny now. It has been totally
reliable in the 2 and 1/2 years I have been here and I think it was
here for a year before that.
It had a disk fail and the fail over to hot spare just worked. I
have no hard numbers though.
We are in the process of replacing it because we have out grown it
and it is no longer supported because it is so old. Good solid stuff
in my opinion.
I don't have an opinion on their support since we have never really needed it.
