I am a second level UNIX/IRIX Support Engineer for SGI based in the EMEA
Call Centre (CSC as it is really known). What you can do is actually arrange
a full express contract which will give you your required 24x7 hardware
support with a 4 hour response time on hardware. Also you do get the added
bonus of being able to talk people who do know IRIX inside out with a quick
turn around time on issues...
