[SAGE] Memo to Members

Effective today, Strata Chalup tendered her resignation from the SAGE
Executive Committee, citing time committments that she felt would keep her
from fulfilling her responsibilities.  The Executive Committee accepted
her resignation with thanks for her outstanding service to SAGE.

The Executive Committee will fill the vacancy created by her resignation,
along with those seats vacated previously by Peg Schafer and Barb Dijker,
via the same process, drawing from the same nominee pool.  The selection
will take place this Friday, January 11.
