Try not to apply too much logic to the situation. The department's
support needs would probably be cut in half if the users knew how to use
the computers. The Health System offers free training for Windows &
Office, but no one takes advantage of it.
We have users who get a word document from a Mac user & don't know how
to open it in word. We have users who don't know what "double-click"
means. People are hired as administrative assistants with no computer
experience or training.
