At the risk of gratuitous self-promotion, there's also REQADM, which we've
been happy using for several years now. It has its plusses and minuses as
the others do, but from the feedback we've had so far it seems to compare
reasonably with the other free systems out there. So in case it's helpful
for some class of users, there it is.
We're currently moving it from our private FTP site to sourceforge, where
it ought to be available in the next week or two. There was a paper about
it for LISA'99, which is posted on the sourceforge site, which gives a lot
more info.
