We use TWiki (www.twiki.org) to contain documents written to a template I 
wrote a long time ago: 
"http://www.jxh.com/jxhc/ops-if/characteristics.html".

Someone once said you should write things so a trained monkey can follow 
along and fix things.  This is important because, after six months, you 
_are_ a trained monkey even at your own site.
