Look in to Dantz Retrospect for Windows. It can do encrypted IP based
remote backups over the Internet. Inexpensice, easy to use and it
pops up nice little Window "I'm going to back you up now, ok? <yes> <delay>"
I haven't tested their idea of encryption, but that can be hanced by
any number of firewall options on any number of different firewalls.
I have found that with all of the backup solutions out there, you can't
beat Retrospect for small offices with Macs or Windows boxes (and they
have a new Linux client now also I hear, haven't tested that either.)
