	I don't think that most wikis have the ability to do this, but 
I'm pretty sure that twiki does.  This is something that I would 
definitely encourage for use by the staff, although I think it solves 
only part of the problem.  You'd also want a commentary system 
useable by everyone that would annotate the twiki information without 
directly changing it -- maybe UBB (Ultimate Bulletin Board)?
