[SAGE] ADIC, PowerVault experience?

we've had several customers with problems with ADIC FastStor 7 tape
libraries. Some of the PowerVault libraries from Dell are rebranded FastStor
7s.

Neither company company has been helpful in trying to resolve the problems.

Almost all of the customers are not massively empowered with the Knowledge
of UNIX.

Please respond off-list if you have experience with the the FastStor 7 or
Dell PowerVault 122 tape libraries ( good or bad ).

It would be really awesome if you're in a position where you can run some
tests for me :).

I can post a summary to the list if I get anything back. If you respond,
please let me know if you want attributed or anonymous credit in the
summary.
