Also, as someone who reports to a CIO, I'm constantly looking for 
insight into what CIO/CFOs are looking for from their IT managers. CIO 
magazine (www.cio.com) has a bunch of on-line resources, some of which 
are related to planning and emerging technologies, and is more generally 
a good resource for gaining insight on their perspective.
