ns1.rfmagic.com and ns2.rfmagic.com are listed as authoritative servers for
the rfmagic.com domain.

while...

ns1.4d.net and ns2.4d.net are listed as authoritative servers for the
31.66.64.in-addr.arpa domain.

Two different domains, two different sets of authoritative servers.

It basicaly comes down to, who owns the domain rfmagic.com vs. who owns the
64.66.31.0/24 subnet.
