Hrm. I'm thinking of a recent suggestion by a CISSP on the full-disclosure
mailing list that everybody "take down" a person's site...

IMHO, you're quintessentially suggesting an unvalidated trust structure,
where membership in an organization is presumed to provide certain
qualities that are frankly unverifiable.
