I do own a copy. However, I came to respect Curt as "Mr. Backup"
long before that. He was the final link in the chain of knowledge
regarding backups at Collective Technologies, which went through some
pretty damn good people. But if you had a question and none of them
knew the answer, then Curtis would -- or no one would. We were also
lucky enough to have Steve "Mr. Perl" Potter.
Curt has come a long way since then (having also written the
excellent "Using SANs and NAS", also published by O'Reilly), and I
guess he really is "Dr. Backup" by now.
