Interesting.  I don't agree that the ability to think on your feet is
shown by a timed test.  I think that it reflects more on the ability of
the candidate to take tests and handle exam related pressure.

This could easily wander off into a discussion about the merits of
certifications - but I hear pizza calling ;>
