Keep in mind that there are a whole host of issues with regards
to doing written tests that may very well keep out perfectly good
people, while letting through those who perform well on paper but
fall apart miserably when it comes to the real world.
I've taken part in my share of job interviews from both sides.
All of the places I've seen that give you a written test are the
kinds of places I wouldn't want to work at anyway.
