	I think I've mentioned before that my Mom is an HR professional 
of many years experience, and she told me years ago that something 
like 90% of all positions that are successfully filled came through 
personal contacts.  Something like 9% come through head-hunters.  The 
remaining 1% come through job advertisements in the newspaper, etc....

	This is where I'm hoping that LinkedIn will be able to help me 
find a suitable job once my wife and I move back to the US (currently 
looking at the Austin, TX area), through automation of those personal 
contacts.
