ntop can't be beat.  You'll need to put it on a host which can 
intercept the traffic, though - ie : if you're using a Unix or Linux 
box as your router, that's the place to put it, or set up a box with 
two interfaces as an IP forwarder and put ntop there.

Linux "router", iptables, shorewall.
