Hey Rob -

That's all fine and interesting, but how about adding in some useful
troubleshooting information so that people actually learn something
from what we're seeing.  We're all capable of reading slashdot ;>

For example, google's domains all still seem to be registered under
a sane domain registrar, with reasonable information, so it doesn't
look as though they got panix'd.

Similarly, while name resolution for all of the google properties that
I've tried isn't working, their netblocks are still accessible.

... and you can get to google by IP.

This looks like a DNS issue of some sort...
