Hi all,

I'd like to give you all a big thank you, esp to Doug for his great
hints on tuning TCP windows.   I'll be working on this issue this week
to hopefully get things working better here, and I'll let people know
my results once I get more concrete numbers.

I bet we're going to see more issues like this as more and more
companies deploy WAN links which get treated like LAN links, but with
much higher latencies.  Going to be interesting for sure!
