I don't have any experience with any of the project clones for OS X, but
I'm currently looking
at Merlin (http://www.projectwizards.net/en/merlin), xTime project
(http://www.app4mac.com/), and
iTaskX (http://www.itaskx.com/software/en/default.htm). It's been a few
weeks since I've addressed
this, but one of these three actually has a Project Server clone project
as well which is supposed to
work pretty well with either Mac or Windows project clients. I believe
it was iTaskX.

Also, SharedPlan http://www.sharedplan.com/ looks like a contender. It
has support for Mac, Windows, and Linux.
