Re: [SAGE] rack-mounted servers with LCD on front?
The Rackable LCDs appear as a serial port under Linux, so it's as simple as:
/bin/echo -e "LCD:\nHelp!\nI'm on fire!\n" > /dev/ttyS1
If I recall correctly, the "LCD:" prefix is required because there are other
things you can do with the phantom controller besides print to the LCD.
