I've been using Merlin to import MS Project files from Windows users  
and have been happy with it.  The HTML export is nice, and Merlin can  
export it's files back into .MPX format for consumption by Windows  
users (note that some versions of MS Project cannot read this  
format).  One thing I particularly like is the ability to have  
multiple projects and look at any combination of them at the same time.
