Bennett,
I have a Treo 650 (Palm OS) and have two ssh clients on it, pssh and
TuSSH. As Tom said, you can use them in a pinch, but that's about it.
TuSSH actually has an option to import a private key, but I've never used
it. I almost never use he browser, but I do not have much need to.
What I do find handy is the MovianVPN IPSec client. I have version 4
and it allows me to connect to various end points, specifically a PIX
firewall or Cisco VPN Concentrator in my case. It also lists devices from
Symantec, Nortel, Netscreen, Lucent, Intel, Avaya, and Alcatel as optional
end point devices (among others). Paired with PalmVNC, this allows me to
just take over my desktop at the office when needed. Thankfully, that
doesn't happen often since trying to navigate a high resolution screen on
a Palm screen can really stink, but it is serviceable. This may not be a
requirement/option for you though. I find that is comes in handy though.
