We're running Windows Mobile on 8125s as well.  We're also running the non-MS-blessed Zimbra collaboration suite.  It looks like Exchange to supported mobile devices.  

Windows Mobile (as well as other's I'm sure) also has an RDP client for terminal services when you're desperate.  Definitely not for day to day use.
