You say you *tried* to consolidate, but you don't mention if it
succeeded. Could you please let us know?
I have a company-issued Blackberry with the Exchange sync service. What
is that called, BES? It works very well. I don't have to initiate a
sync, ever. My memos, calendar, address book, email, to-do are always
sync'd (sunc?).
I also have my own Palm Treo 680. It's Palm's latest Treo with PalmOS.
It's the smallest one yet. I like the user interface very much, except
that I have to initiate syncs. I have not activated a data plan because
I don't feel the need to pay for it, given that I can read email
(personal and work) on the blackberry.
This means I'm down to two bumps on my belt. Formerly, I had the
Blackberry, a Palm, and a personal cell phone. I considered moving my
personal data to the Blackberry for as long as I'm with my current
company but decided against that.
