Have you thought about SNMP?  Not sure what the rest of your
infrastructure is, but Windows does have an SNMP service (extra install,
but shipped with Windows).  I've used it to get some data into Cacti.  I
won't attest to how extensive the MIB is on Windows, but it may bet you
what you need.
