[SAGE] Secure 19" racks

Hello again,

for a security sensitive project I'm looking for a full-size secure 19"
rack with a serious lock (maybe badge-controlled?), not one of those
flimsy locks you can open with the back of a pencil.  Of course you
shouldn't be able to remove the sides, top or bottom of the rack easily
either (been there, done that :-).  I'm thinking Common Criteria
certification.  
On the other hand the rack should have enough holes so there is enough
airflow.

Anybody any experience with these (in Europe)?
