Outsourcing Backlash

I'm happy to report that I agree with Tom Limoncelli, *except* for his last
statement. And yes, I've switched subject lines since the topic has changed.

See the following for an onpoint article entitled "Outsourcing Backlash ":
http://www.iweek.com/650/50iuout.htm

Considering this was in Information Week, the most "Outsourcing and NT for
everyone" marketing rag I've ever read, it was a shock to see this article.

I thought about making this a BOF for next year.
Tentative title: "Outsourcing Madness!"
Description: "Discuss outsourcing experiences from both those who were thrown
over the fence and those who stayed behind. Discuss what works (really, some
things do) and what is truly awful. Find out what level of detail should be on
that important initial contract. Bring your manager in case they have or will
soon have outsourcing on their list of meeting items".

How big a crowd should we expect?
